General conditions

  • Friskis&Svettis is a not-for-profit organisation and you are the only person who can use your training card.
  • Valid annual membership to the Friskis&Svettis association is required to purchase a training card.
  • Always bring your training card with you when you come to train.
  • There are no returns on training card purchases. In the case of illness confirmed by doctor’s certificate, we can freeze your card for the period it is not used.
  • We will replace lost cards at a cost of 50 kr.
  • All training is undertaken at your own risk.
  • Your participation in a training session is dependent on space being available. For sessions which have limited space you will need to book your participation.  You do this through our internet booking service on the website.
  • If you have booked a session you have priority for the session, as long as you arrive at least 10 minutes before the session starts. If you come later, then your reservation is automatically cancelled and given to someone who has registered on the ”stand by” list.
  • If you don’t turn up to a booked session without cancelling or informing us you will receive a warning and reminder via email. After three warnings your card will be blocked from making new booking. The card can be unblocked by a payment of 100 kr.
  • Doping controls can occur unannounced through the Swedish Sports Confederation (Riksidrottsförbundet).
  • Your personal items such as clothes and valuables are stored at your own risk. Lockers are available to borrow during the training sessions. Bring your own padlock!
  • Our timetable and opening hours are preliminary and can change after publication. Special timetables are valid over public holiday periods such as Christmas, Easter, summer etc. Information on special timetables can be found on our premises and the website.
